What happens if I accidentally gave false information to my car insurance claim?

I felt that my car 2003 ABS (antilock) had, because my dealer told me I bought it used. Consequently, when applying online for my car insurance, I said that my car has an ABS system. Fairly soon after I discovered that my car did not have such a system. I wish to inform my insurance because I do not want to have problems if there is an accident. But they will cancel my insurance if I tell them the truth?
